We showed up to Expo West to talk about women’s health openly and honestly, with pride and not shame. And you all showed up with us.

From longtime Flex users bringing their friends to try our products for the first time, to those who were curious, but needed some in-person guidance, it meant so much to us seeing so many of you excited for modern period care.

Grateful for everyone who came by, shared their stories, unapologetically took photos in front of our booth, and helped make women’s health part of the main conversation at Expo West.

We’re female-founded and actually making period products that are better than what we’ve had to put up with for years.

Our disc gives you up to 12 hours of leak protection and has the capacity of 6+ super tampons. Yes, we said 6!!

If you’ve tried a period disc before, but experienced leaking, most likely it’s just not in the correct spot. Our biggest tip is to make sure it’s all the way back (it’s a dead end, so we promise you it won’t get lost) and to tuck it behind your pubic bone.
