Here are some tips to clean your menstrual cup!

Every 12 hours, rinse with warm water + a mild soap like Flex Foaming Cleanser.

Sanitize once a month (after your cycle):
1. Empty + rinse

Our top tips for less messy #perioddisc removal!

#1 Relax. Your vagina is surrounded by muscles. Relaxing those muscles, makes for smoother removal.

#2 Keep the #menstrualdisc level. This is simple, but so effective!

#3 The toilet is not your only option, try doing a deep squat and removing your period disc in your shower. So fresh and so clean!

#4 Flex Disc can self-empty when you pee, so by the time you remove it, you most likely won’t have a full disc anyways.

#5 Remove slow and steady. It won't add much time, literally seconds, but it works!
