Who feels like they lose a gallon of blood every period??

Turns out the average amount of blood lost per day on our periods is around 12mL.

BUT for those of us in the heavy flow club, we got a tip! Try a menstrual cup. Flex Cup comes in 2 sizes. Size 1 has the capacity of 22mL (2 super tampons) and size 2 has the capacity of 30mL (3 super tampons).

And before you write off a period cup because of suction, we already gotchu! Our cup has a patented pull-tab that breaks the suction for you!! It basically removes like a tampon, but unlike a tampon, you can wear our menstrual cups for up to 12 hours.

Sweaty Girl Summer is almost here… Time to rally!

I’m so glad Flex Bamboo Pads exist and have answered literally all of my dreams. They’re breathable and moisture wicking, so I don’t feel like my crotch is bathing in a puddle all day. When I tell you these are the most absorbent pads I’ve ever used!! I actually forget I’m on my period when I’m wearing them because the leak protection is that good.
