Apparently, the average person loses 2.5 teaspoons of flow per day on their period. Well, we designed our pads for everyone else who feels like they lose a bucket.

Our pads are thin and mega absorbent, passing the test for even those heavy period days.

No need to be grossed out by this very common experience. Yep, most of us get clots on our period.

If your clots are bigger than a quarter, show up often, or come with heavy bleeding or severe pain, these are signs to check with your doctor.

Is chatGPT 4 real??

Did it just say you can save thousands of dollars by using a Flex Reusable Period Disc?! It is true that our reusable period disc can last for years + it has 12-hour leak protection.

Tampons on the other hand, have to be changed out frequently and are not pH-friendly nor the best budget choice over time. Think we have a clear winner.
